Engineering at Magulan means thinking of the plant as a whole. Requirements, layout, components, assembly, commissioning and the operation that follows sit on one line — not split across planner, supplier and assembly firm.

We lay out the plant according to your product, your capacity and your site. The concept can be verified in 3D before steel is ordered. What follows is manufacture, logistics and assembly under the same responsibility.

After start-up we remain available: training, maintenance, spare parts, modernisation. One partner across the life cycle of the plant.

    A detailed 3D model shows how machines, conveying equipment and work areas fit together. Safety zones, access and later expansions belong in the layout — not in a variation order.

    Component manufacture

    Mechanics, electrics, pneumatics: assemblies are produced to defined standards, with ongoing inspection and pre-assembly. Final assembly on site thus becomes a planned sequence, not an experiment.

    Delivery & logistics

    Delivery dates, transport routes, goods inward and staging follow the assembly plan. Components arrive complete, undamaged and in the right sequence — so that nobody waits on site.

    Assembly & installation

    Experienced specialists install machines, conveying equipment, electrics, pneumatics and hydraulics. Every step follows the technical specifications and is documented — precisely, across the floor and on programme.

    Commissioning

    System check, controls, trial runs, acceptance. The plant does not start on hope, but on verified function: cycle times, interfaces and safety are set before the first batch runs.

    Training & handover

    Operators and maintenance staff are trained on the running plant. Operating manuals, circuit diagrams, inspection protocols and maintenance plans go with them. Then the formal handover — and safe operation.
